Meet Evelyn
ABOUT ME

Evelyn is and author who specializes in devotionals and blogs. She has always found glimpses of God within nature. Whether it was on the ECU campus in North Carolina among the giant trees where she grew up or in her current residence on the coast of sunny Florida, she daily finds solitude in God’s creation.
God placed within her a desire to record specific inspirations from her quiet time in God’s nature. Her writings often express a deep appreciation of nature and gratitude for God’s presence and many blessings in life.
She likes to capture beauty through photography when she’s not expressing the joy and wonder around her through the written word. Most often, you’ll find her exploring the world with her family and friends as they enjoy God’s wonders together.​

Evelyn felt God prompting her to help others who were confused, suffering and lost all hope. She had to let go of self-inflicted doubts and entrust every moment of her uncharted way to God's divine guidance. Satan tried to discourage her from writing with accusations of inadequacy, unworthiness, and rejection. The devil schemed because he wanted God's plan to fail. But after she sought God and began putting the words on paper, the Lord inspired, and doubt turned into enthusiasm and joy. ​
